The game
What does a Quiz Boxing game consist of?
Compete with your teammates in a TV show-like environment! Each arena has 6 podiums with up to 12 players at a time in a fantastic 60 minute quiz game. You can play in pairs of 7 or more!
Who is the target audience of the game?
Quiz Boxing is recommended for anyone over 12 years old. The TV game is customisable, so teams can decide on the content of the questions according to the knowledge and interests of each player.
Take part in a unique gaming experience with friends, family or colleagues and be the champion!
Is it possible to replay the Quiz Boxing game?
Each game is generated based on a set-up personally chosen by the team and randomly selected from a database of thousands of questions. This means you can return to a replay with completely new questions!
How many can we play at the same time?
We have 2 game rooms, each of which can accommodate up to 12 players, so we can accommodate up to 24 players at a time. Don't hesitate to contact us at info@leonoria.hu.
Are the quiz games closed?
Each TV-style game room is private to your team, so no one else can join you. It's up to you who you share the game experience with!
When should you arrive?
It's a good idea to arrive a few minutes before the game starts so you can pack your belongings and familiarise yourself with the rules of the game.
Who can take part in the quiz?
The Quiz Boxing is recommended for everyone over 12 years of age (children aged 10-12 may play with an adult chaperone.) For safety reasons and to guarantee the quality of the games, young children (including babies) are not allowed to accompany the players.
Likewise, pets are not allowed and entry is prohibited to any person obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Is there someone on the ground who can help us?
Yes, there is always someone on the premises who can answer your questions and introduce you to the game.
How long is a game?
Each game is 60 minutes long. At the end of 60 minutes, the game is automatically closed.
Are you allowed to take photos or video?
Sure! And the pictures or videos are worth sharing!
Booking
Do I need a booking to come and play?
Our quiz rooms offer a 100% live and private gaming experience. Therefore, it is the best that you book an appointment for your team in the online booking area. If you want to play on the current day, please call us.
What payment method do we accept?
Payment in full for the quiz is required at the time of booking, by credit card. All card types are accepted. If you would like to book for the current day, please call us and make your reservation over the phone.
Is it possible to refund or modify my booking?
The Quiz Boxing is a live experience, therefore we cannot offer refunds for cancellations once the booking has been confirmed. However, if you would like to reschedule your reservation, please notify us seven days prior to your reservation and we will do our best to find a new date for you.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late (after the booked start time of the game), we reserve the right to refuse your booking without refund.
What happens if the number of participants changes?
The minimum number of players in a quiz room is 2 and the maximum number of players in a quiz room is 12. If the number of participants increases after booking and payment, we can add extra players to the team by paying on the spot with a credit card. No refunds are possible if the number of participants is lower than the number of participants booked.
Location
Where are the Quiz Boxing arenas located?
The Quiz Boxing arenas are located in the “LEONORIA” arcade, a few minutes walk from the Nyugati Square in Budapest, at 18 Jókai Street.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in the streets in the area. Watch out for parking time zones!
Other informations
How safe is the quiz game?
Absolutely. There is no physical contact during the game. The playing area is not locked, the exit is accessible at any time. The surfaces of the game machines are disinfected several times a day. The location is equipped with a disinfecting machine and we can provide a mouth mask on request.
Is the location accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, due to the specific design of the building, we are unable to provide wheelchair access to the games areas.
Can I pack my coat and bag?
Yes, we have placed lockers in the shop area near the arenas where you can put your coats and bags.
Is there a toilet on site?
Yes, the premises are equipped with toilets.
Can I buy food or drinks from you?
Unfortunately, we do not sell food or drinks.
Can I bring in food or drinks?
In the shop area yes, but not in the games area, so please place these in the lockers.
